No, you cannot remove a dental implant. It will become a permanent part of your mouth.
Will it look like I have a fake tooth?
Not at all! Dental implants are made to look like a natural tooth. It will perfectly match the rest of your teeth in your mouth. No one will realize that it is not a natural tooth unless you choose to tell them.
