Dr. Justin Durrant joined Nevada Oral and Facial Surgery in July 2026. He is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional surgical care with a focus on patient comfort, safety, and clinical excellence. Known for his approachable demeanor and attention to detail, Dr. Durrant understands that many patients experience anxiety when facing oral surgery. He believes that outstanding outcomes begin with clear communication, compassion, and a commitment to making every patient feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Dr. Durrant earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Utah before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine. He completed a rigorous four-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery military residency at David Grant USAF Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in California. During his training, he gained extensive experience in facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, pathology, and the administration of deep sedation and general anesthesia.

Following residency, Dr. Durrant served as an active-duty officer in the United States Air Force. His military career included surgical leadership, resident education, and the treatment of active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. During his final assignment at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, he was recognized for his commitment to patient care and professional excellence. It was during this time that Dr. Durrant, his wife, and their two children developed a deep appreciation for the Las Vegas community and chose to make Southern Nevada their long-term home.

Dr. Durrant is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and maintains active membership in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.

At Nevada Oral and Facial Surgery, he provides a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, exposure and bonding of impacted teeth, facial trauma management, pathology treatment, and corrective jaw surgery. His background includes caring for patients in both hospital-based and private practice settings, allowing him to deliver comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
