Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect?

Your first visit will include a thorough evaluation of your oral health and an opportunity to tour our state-of-the-art facility.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

We will need you to fill out some paperwork for our records and provide information about your medical history, current medications, and previous surgeries before your first appointment. You can do this online using our new and post-op forms.

You may also want to bring the following to your consultation:
•  Medical and dental records
•  Insurance cards and claims forms
•  Recent x-rays, if possible
•  Referral form if you were referred by your dentist

How long is the first visit?

The length of your first visit will depend on the types of services you need and how much time you need to spend with the doctor. Most first visits include a comprehensive oral evaluation.

What is involved during the consultation?

You will talk to one of our doctors during your first visit and have the chance to take a tour of our office. You can also make an appointment with one of our dental implant specialists, oral care surgeons, or facial surgeons if you are seeking specialized treatments.

What type of technology is used?

We use 3D imaging, digital x-rays, and other advanced technologies to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care.
