Our team of oral and facial surgery specialists at Nevada Oral and Facial Surgery are committed to making the process of your surgery as simple for you as possible. We hope that these answers to common inquiries assist you in your preparation for oral or facial surgery. However, if you still don’t find the answer to your questions here, feel free to contact our oral surgeons for more information.

Will you accept my insurance?

We take most insurances for our oral and facial surgery procedures. To check to see if we take your specific insurance, please call our office at 702-360-8918.

What type of services do you provide?

We are a full scope oral surgery and maxillofacial surgery office, and our services include teeth extractions, dental implant placement, TMJ disorder treatment, bone grafting procedures, biopsies, oral cancer screening, orthognathic surgeries and facial reconstruction.

How much would a dental implant cost?

We are only able to provide you an estimate as every patient has a different treatment plan. We do, however, offer a free dental implant evaluation and a free CT scan, and we also place more implants at our oral and facial surgery center than any specialist in Nevada.

What is CT Scan?

A 3-dimensional x-ray where the surgeon and oral and facial surgery associates are able to evaluate the anatomy of your jaw bone. We also use this to virtually place implants using the CT scan and computer. When the day of surgery comes, we use a precise guide to place implants as designed without needing an incision.

How long have your doctors been in practice? Are they qualified?

Our oral and facial surgery specialists bring more than two decades of experience to the practice. They have completed advanced education, training and certification programs throughout their career. As board certified surgeons, they have completed many years of advanced training beyond dental school.

Can I register online?

Yes, we made it easy for our patients to register for their oral and facial surgery online at their own convenience. Simply go to our New and Post Op Form page and fill out the Online Registration form and submit it to us.

What is my co-pay?

We have insurance specialists that will verify your insurance and the benefits you have available. You’ll receive a call from our office to inform you of your co-pay before your appointment.

Are you open on the weekend?

Our doctors and team members have families, too, so we close on the weekends to spend time with them. Our office hours are from Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We have two offices conveniently located 6950 Smoke Ranch Rd. Ste 200 Las Vegas, NV and 1525 W. Warm Springs Ste 125 Henderson, NV.

Can you refer me a dentist?

We work with most dentists in the Las Vegas valley and would love to recommend the best one for your needs. Just let us know what part of town do you want to be seen at, and we’ll find a conveniently located dentist.

Do you have someone bilingual?

Yes. We have oral and facial surgery associates that speak in Spanish, Tagalog, French, and Russian.

Do you have payment plans?

We do offer several third party financial companies that can assist you with your oral and facial surgery payments. Please go to the Financing page on our website to see these companies.

Do you do plastic/cosmetic surgery?

Unfortunately, our oral and facial surgery doctors do not perform plastic/cosmetic surgery. Our oral and facial surgery doctors for adults and children specialize in the placement of dental implants and other oral and facial related surgery procedures. We only perform reconstructive surgeries for trauma and congenital birth defects.
